2. Fee and Expense Requirement: To qualify for the Vendor Replacement Guarantee, all fees and expenses associated with the initial vendor hired must have been paid by the CLIENT.
3. Replacement Attempt: GET A SECURITY QUOTE NOW will make a reasonable effort to refer a replacement security vendor for the same bid offer and position at no additional charge to the CLIENT.
4. Limitation of Obligation: GET A SECURITY QUOTE NOW’s obligation is limited to attempting to find a replacement security vendor. No guarantees are made regarding the successful placement of a replacement.
5. Exclusions: No replacement will be made if the CLIENT independently hires a replacement from any source. Additionally, the guarantee is rendered void if the CLIENT is no longer actively seeking to fill the position.
6. Timeframe: The Vendor Replacement Guarantee is applicable within the specified timeframe and does not extend beyond 180 calendar days from the initial employment of the security vendor.
7. Not a Warranty: This guarantee is not a warranty of the performance or suitability of the replacement security vendor, and GET A SECURITY QUOTE NOW does not assume responsibility for the actions or capabilities of the referred replacement.
8. Sole Discretion: GET A SECURITY QUOTE NOW reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the CLIENT for the Vendor Replacement Guarantee and to exercise sole discretion in making replacement referrals.
