4. No Guarantee of Results

GASQ does not guarantee:

• • Vendor availability
  • Vendor acceptance of pricing
  • Project award outcomes
  • Cost savings or financial results

All outputs are informational and advisory only.

5. Pricing Tools & Estimates

All calculations generated by GASQ (including but not limited to):

• • Workforce-to-Post™
  • Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) 
  • Capital Recovery analysis

are:

👉 Not binding offers or contracts
👉 Dependent on user-provided inputs

Users are solely responsible for verifying all results.

6. Vendor Matching & Data Sharing

By submitting a request, you acknowledge:

• • Your project details may be shared with pre-qualified vendors
  • Vendors may contact you regarding your request
  • GASQ does not control vendor pricing, behavior, or performance

GASQ acts as a neutral facilitator, not a contracting party.

7. Fees, Credits, and Payments

GASQ may charge:

• • A Capital Recovery Fee (e.g., 1%) 
  • Credit or token-based usage fees 
  • Subscription-based access (if applicable)

All fees:

• • May be non-refundable unless stated otherwise 
  • May be credited back under specific conditions (e.g., vendor engagement)

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• • Pricing formulas 
  • Algorithms and methodologies 
  • Reports and outputs
  • Branding and terminology

are the exclusive property of GASQ.

Users may NOT:

• • Copy, reverse engineer, or replicate pricing models
  • Resell or distribute outputs without permission

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes 
  • Not misuse or attempt to manipulate pricing outputs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

GASQ shall NOT be liable for:

  • Vendor performance or disputes
  • Data inaccuracies provided by users

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GASQ from any claims arising from: 

• • Your use of the platform
  • Your submitted data
  • Your interactions with vendors

12. Third-Party Services

GASQ may use third-party providers for:

• • Payments
  • Hosting
  • Analytics

We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to: 

• • Suspend or terminate access
  • Remove content 
  • Deny service at our discretion
